• IP address — Logged temporarily for security purposes and to determine approximate geographic location (country/region level only).

We do not collect wallet private keys, seed phrases, or any blockchain credentials under any circumstances.

• Font Awesome (Cloudflare CDN) — Serves icon fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Tron Blockchain (Public Network) — Token deployments are written to the public Tron blockchain. Blockchain data is immutable and publicly visible by design. Your wallet address and token configuration become permanently part of the public ledger.
• TronScan — A third-party blockchain explorer used to verify deployed contracts. TronScan is not operated by us. TronScan.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Contact form and support messages — Retained for up to 2 years to enable follow-up support, then deleted.
• Server and security logs — Retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.
• Analytics data — Retained in aggregated, anonymised form for up to 26 months.
• Cookie consent records — Stored locally in your browser for 1 year.

Blockchain data (your token's contract address, wallet address, transaction history) is stored permanently on the public Tron blockchain and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else — this is an inherent property of blockchain technology.

As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Art. 15) — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16) — You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17) — You may request deletion of your personal data where there is no legitimate reason to continue processing it. Note: blockchain data cannot be erased (see Section 7).
• Right to restriction (Art. 18) — You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability (Art. 20) — You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object (Art. 21) — You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent — Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.

Where data is transferred to third-party services outside the EU/EEA (e.g., Google Fonts CDN servers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions by the European Commission, in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.

Our services are not directed at or intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete the information.
