Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Tron Token Generator, Strandvejen 138, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website at https://www.trontokengenerator.net and all related services ("Service").

By accessing the Service, clicking "Accept" on the cookie banner, initiating a token creation, or otherwise using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Tron Token Generator provides a no-code web-based tool that enables users to configure, deploy, and manage TRC20 smart contracts on the Tron blockchain. The Service includes:

• A web interface for configuring TRC20 token parameters (name, symbol, supply, features).
• Automated smart contract generation and deployment to the Tron mainnet.
• A REST API for enterprise and bulk token deployment (subject to separate API terms agreed at time of access).
• Educational blog content and documentation.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime may occur.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be prohibited from using blockchain services under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Token creation through our Service requires a one-time payment of 299 TRX, payable directly via the TronLink browser extension wallet.

• All payments are made in TRX (Tron's native cryptocurrency). We do not accept fiat currency.
• Payment is non-refundable. Once you initiate a token deployment and the payment transaction is confirmed on the Tron blockchain, the service has been rendered and no refund is possible. This is because smart contract deployment is irreversible.
• Network fees (energy and bandwidth) required by the Tron network are separate from and in addition to our 299 TRX service fee. These are small amounts deducted from your TronLink wallet by the Tron network.
• Failed transactions: If a deployment fails due to a network error after your payment has been confirmed on-chain, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will investigate and, at our discretion, re-attempt the deployment or issue a credit.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change the service price at any time. The price applicable to your transaction is the price displayed at the time you initiate payment.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all token parameters you configure (name, symbol, supply, features) before deployment. Deployed smart contracts cannot be modified.
• Safeguarding your TronLink wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We have no access to your wallet and cannot recover funds or tokens if you lose access.
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the creation, distribution, and use of digital tokens.
• Conducting your own legal, financial, and tax analysis before deploying a token.
• Not misrepresenting the nature, purpose, or features of any token you create using our Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Create tokens intended to defraud, mislead, or harm other persons.
• Conduct or facilitate Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or any other fraudulent investment arrangements.
• Impersonate existing legitimate tokens, brands, or organisations without authorisation.
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Circumvent applicable securities laws by distributing tokens that constitute unregistered securities without proper authorisation.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our Service in a manner that exceeds normal use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user we reasonably believe is engaged in prohibited use. We may also report violations to relevant authorities.

You acknowledge and accept the following:

• Immutability: Deployed TRC20 smart contracts are permanent and immutable on the Tron blockchain. We cannot alter, pause, or delete your deployed contract after deployment.
• Ownership: The deployed contract is owned exclusively by your wallet address. We hold no admin keys and have no control over your token after deployment.
• Network dependency: The Service depends on the public Tron blockchain network. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or increased costs caused by network congestion, protocol changes, or Tron Foundation decisions.
• Pre-audited contracts: Our smart contract templates have been reviewed by security professionals. However, no security audit guarantees the complete absence of vulnerabilities. Use at your own risk.
• TronLink requirement: Using the Service requires a functional TronLink wallet. We are not affiliated with TronLink and are not responsible for TronLink-related issues.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, code, graphics, logos, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Tron Token Generator and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business token creation purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform's source code or design.
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Service.

Tokens you create using the Service are entirely your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over tokens deployed through our platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through the Service.

We do not warrant that tokens created using our Service will be accepted by any exchange, wallet, or third-party platform, or that they will have any monetary value.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRON TOKEN GENERATOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the Service.
• Damages resulting from any transactions conducted using tokens you created.
• Any loss of cryptocurrency, including TRX paid for the service or held in your wallet.

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim (i.e., 299 TRX).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency and blockchain tokens are highly volatile and speculative assets. Token values can decrease to zero.
• Creating a token does not guarantee it will have any market value or liquidity.
• The regulatory status of digital tokens varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable securities, tax, and financial regulations in your country.
• We are not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or registered financial institution.
• Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• You should consult qualified legal and financial professionals before creating or distributing tokens.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve any issue within 30 days.

Notwithstanding the above, consumers residing in EU member states may also have the right to submit complaints to EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Material changes will be announced on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
